Bidjar

Bidjar carpets, or the so called: ”Iron Rugs of Persia” are really well-made, compact and almost everlasting carpets. The very tightly knotted pile makes the fibers stand up-right, giving the carpets a unique soft feeling; like walking on clouds. The wool is of the finest quality and two threads of weft are being used, making the carpets dense, heavy and almost impenetrable to dust and gravel. The Bidjar are highly sought after and among the most expensive on the market.
